Property Engineering Services
Metropolitan provides full service property condition assessments in addition to health and safety surveys.

Property Condition Assessments (PVA) are provided nationwide by our professional team of engineers, geologists, and inspectors. All reports are reviewed by our Quality Control department to insure that you receive the most detailed and comprehensive assessment of the property.
