- I entered the information and tried to register but I was sent back to the register screen and did not get a registration complete pop up? Look at the top left of the screen for an error message and if unclear on the error then call 877-844-0021 and leave a detailed message if no one answered.
- Can I register for the same course twice with out first completing the course? No
- Can my admin person register more than one person using the same credit card? Yes you can register as many people as you want into the courses. The important thing is placing the correct STUDENT NAME and STUDENT EMAIL in the appropriate section.
- I think I was double billed on my credit card or I need a refund for training, who do I call? If there is a billing question please call 877-844-0021 and leave a detailed message if no one answered. We will call you back during our business hours, 8am - 5pm pacific standard time, Monday - Friday.
- How do I email someone with questions about online training? Under "contact us" tab located at the top right of the screen, scroll down to the bottom for online training. Click on online training and send us an email.

This Asbestos Worker Refresher course is designed for contractors or individuals who will handle asbestos abatement projects. The training offers practical instruction on all facets of asbestos removal to include project planning, work practices, protection of workers, and project close-out procedures. Topics also include protective clothing, respirator inspection and fit testing, containment practices, construction of decontamination facilities, and glove-bag procedures. This course meets the requirements for the EPA Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) and Asbestos School Hazard Abatement Reauthorization Act) (ASHARA), requirements for an Asbestos Abatement Workers.
The Asbestos Worker removes, encapsulates or disturbs friable asbestos, or handles asbestos material in any manner which may result in the release of asbestos fiber on an asbestos abatement project. Any individual performing related work must comply with Asbestos Worker certification. Geared toward independent learning, this course is conveniently provided online. Upon successful completion, students will earn a digital copy of their refresher certificate within 2 business days, and a hard copy will be sent in the mail as well.
This program is 100% online and is self-paced. The program takes approximately 8 hours to complete, and access is permitted for 14 days from the first time you log into the course. You must log in within 30 days of purchase. A computer with reliable internet and speakers is required.
