Account Executives: 3 Locations

Position Description:

We are searching for individuals for  Sales positions in our Commercial Real Estate Environmental Engineering business.  These positions will lead to Regional Manager functions.

The successful candidates will work with local and regional client segments in the commercial real estate and finance markets as well as Government agency lenders; Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD.

Develop opportunities,  organize and manage  client  sales teams to effectively secure and maintain existing and new accounts.

An existing professional network in the Commercial Real Estate industries is helpful as is environmental due diligence experience.  Environmental Site Assessment and Property Condition Needs and Assessments knowledge is a plus. 


If you have been in a Customer Service function with a firm involved in Environmental Engineering, feel that you have reached a constraint in your current company or feel that you would like to move into sales,  you are familiar with client interface and feel you would like to become involved in a sales function, please do apply.  Your prior experience will be considered as a plus.

The position is  responsible for business development initiatives that grow company revenue by increasing sales of commercial  real estate environmental due diligence assessments (Phase I and II Environmental Assessments and Property Condition Assessments ) to existing and new clients.

An ideal candidate will have past experience in selling and marketing professional environmental engineering services and possess:

  • Ability to interact with senior company executives.
  • Travel when necessary.

4 year college degree required.  Environmental courses preferable.
